Debra A. Holiday
Debra Holiday is a civil litigator with expertise in the areas of personal injury, products liability, premises liability, real estate and construction defect. Ms. Holiday has successfully litigated jury and bench trials. She has extensive mediation and arbitration experience. Her mission is simple: to represent her clients and advocate on their behalf to the best of her abilities.
Ms. Holiday has served as a court appointed arbitrator and judge pro-tem for Santa Clara County Superior Court. She has also served on the Judicial Review Committee for the Santa Clara County Bar Association. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Non-Profit organization assisting families.
Ms. Holiday received her undergraduate degree in 1983, and her law degree, with distinction, in 1987 from the University of Santa Clara.
