Keith L. Cooper

Keith L. Cooper is a civil litigation, business transaction and entertainment attorney with over nine years experience. Presently he represents several business clients in the areas of entity formation, contract preparation/negotiation and intellectual property acquisition and protection. This includes representation of video game and software development companies, as well as film production companies with several high profile projects currently in development and/or production. Mr. Cooper has helped clients raise millions of dollars through preparation of business plans, development and production agreements, private placement memoranda and related investor documents. Additionally, he has litigated a variety of cases, including business disputes, property damage and personal injury.

Mr. Cooper has significant experience in the entertainment industry as well. In 1999 he served as Project Manager for the GRAMMY Awards, implementing the inaugural Entertainment Law Initiative. Thereafter, he co-founded an internet video streaming company. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Cooper worked at Geffen Records and Atlantic Records, and was also the proprietor of a successful entertainment company that promoted rock bands and clubs.

Mr. Cooper received his undergraduate degree from UCLA, and his law degree from Penn State University.
