Kimberly Williams
Kimberly Williams' practice with the firm focuses on general business, construction and employment litigation. Ms. Williams has a diverse background in litigating individual and multi-party disputes including construction, toxic torts, product liability and both individual and class action employment cases. With experience in all levels of litigation, including trial, Ms. Williams has also had great success negotiating settlements through the use of alternative dispute resolution methods. Her work also includes advising business and individual clients on nuances in the law with regard to her practice areas. Ms. Williams also earned a Certificate of Completion from the American Bar Association's TIPS National Trial Academy in 2006.
